FLOROMA Privacy Policy and Statement

FLOROMA highly values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Floroma Retail Company collects and uses your personal data.

FLOROMA will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant, and not misleading. If you wish to access personal data held by FLOROMA about you, please contact us. We will make every effort to provide a complete list of your personal data within a reasonable time frame. To request a copy of your data, please email cs@myfloroma.com. FLOROMA reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for processing such requests, as permitted by local laws.

You may contact us to correct any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data, or to request deletion of your personal data. We will make every effort to correct or delete your personal data within a reasonable period after receiving your request. Deleting your FLOROMA account does not automatically delete all personal data held by us.

If you wish FLOROMA to erase all personal data and delete your account, please follow the above procedure. Please note that deleting your data from our database will prevent us from providing any services to you. Where legally required, FLOROMA must retain certain records even if deletion is requested. Before providing copies of your personal data, we may require proof of your identity.
