Order and payment method
Due to the increase in cancelled orders recently, we will not be providing the option「Collect on Delivery」when ordering online. If customers choose this option, please contact us via direct message on Facebook @myfloroma. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Ordering Method:
1. Order online via our website
Step 1: Choose your product and add it into the shopping cart
Step 2: Fill in your information ( Name, phone number, email and address)
Step 3: Choose your payment method (Visa/ Master/ American Express, PayPal, Google Pay)
Step 4: Confirm receipt via email.
*If you wish to pay via Payme/FPS, please order online via our website. You can proceed with payment once you receive the order number (4 digits). Please notify us once you have paid, so we can confirm your order.
2. Order through customer service (Facebook @myfloroma）
Step 1: Please write down the items and quantity that you want
Step 2: Please provide your information (name, telephone number, email and address)
Step 3: Payment
Step 4: Please notify us after payment is confirmed
