2016年成立的花之滴 Floroma是香港著名的本地香水品牌。短短幾年間，花之滴的營業額以倍數增長，更拓展至海外市場，包括美國、台灣、澳門等地。除了網店，我們於2021年設立了2家門市，分別位於旺角MOKO和元朗YOHO商場。其他銷售地點更遍佈港九新界，包括Aeon Style、一田、誠品、三聯商務書局等。

 【全職/兼職店務助理】

負責範圍：
* 負責協助一般日常店舖工作,包括收銀、貨品整理、清點存貨、貨品陳列及保持店舖整潔
* 協助產品銷售及為顧客提供產品介紹

職位要求:
* 流利廣東話,一般普通話及英語
* 性格開朗,積極主動及具良好溝通技巧
* 具兼職零售經驗更佳
* 對香水產品有興趣

薪酬： $50.00至$60.00（每小時）
工作時間：每星期工作三天以上

工作地點：旺角/元朗

 

 平面設計師 Graphic Designer (Full Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for creative design from concept to final artwork
  • Prepare engaging content such as graphics, photos, imagery and video to drive traffic conversion and brand awareness
  • Perform daily management of the accounts and operations of social media including media planning.
  • To perform other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder of Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce etc.
  • Solid knowledge with one (or more) of these creative and digital tools is a MUST: Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign /Final Cut Pro/ video editing skills
  • Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle
  • Good sense of social media platforms and passionate to initiate digital creative ideas
  • Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
  • Ability to achieve results and willing to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
  • Excellent communications in English and Chinese

Digital Marketing Executive (Full Time)
 <JOB DESCRIPTION>
  • Perform daily management of the accounts and operations of social media including media planning and replying online inquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare engaging content such as graphics, photos, imagery, video and copy using AI or photoshop, to drive traffic conversion and brand awareness
  • Contribute ideas in digital marketing programs such as websites management, SEO, social media, Facebook Ad campaign, eDM, content marketing management
  • Assist in marketing research & analysis, product development and participate in offline marketing or corporate events
  • To perform other duties assigned by management

<QUALIFICATIONS>

  • Degree holder of Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, e-Commerce etc.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign / video editing skills is required
  • Relevant working experience in digital marketing/ e-commerce is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle
  • Good send of digital applications and passionate to initiate digital marketing ideas
  • Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
  • Ability to achieve results while working independently
  • Excellent communications in English and Chinese

Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser （Full Time)

<JOB DESCRIPTION>

  • Sourcing high quality raw materials / samples from suppliers, factories
  • Plan and organize product delivery and product quality to ensure timely delivery
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers for cost control
  • Responsible for production coordination with seller and factory to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle merchandising flow from product development to production and logistic management
  • Handle ad-hoc matters

<QUALIFICATIONS>

  • Diploma graduate or above
  • 2+ years experience in product development and sourcing
  • Experience in Sourcing and able to make a good judgment in supplier selection
  • Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
  • Able to handle orders from product development to production
  • Flexible, independent, energetic and responsible
  • Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment
  • Good team player with good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Result-driven with a can-do attitude
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and self-driven
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, etc..
  • Recent graduates will also be considered
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Merchandiser

負責範圍：

  • 處理網店訂單包裝及出貨
  • 使用手機入順豐運單資料
  • 核對存貨、點貨及盤點
  • 安排貨存擺放位置
  • 處理網店及門市退換貨
  • 紀錄不合格品
  • 安排運輸為門市及銷售點補貨
  • 簡單生產工作 ; 例如 : 香水入樽、貼標籤貼紙、摺包裝盒等

職位要求:

  • 中三或以上學歷要求
  • 良好粵語
  • 基本中、英文書寫
  • 做事認真、細心、主動
  • 有責任心、誠實、守時、能獨立工作解決問題
  • 懂辦公軟件電腦操作優先考慮
  • 具相關包裝及倉務經驗優先考慮
  • 即時上班者優先考慮

工作時間：星期一至五9:30am - 6:30pm

全職薪金：$11,000 - $13,000/月（視乎工作經驗）
